WHAT AWAITS ME?
DCC stands for the joint bachelor study DUTCH LANGUAGE, LITERATURE AND CULTURE IN A CENTRAL EUROPEAN CONTEXT (DCC). DCC is a study offered jointly at the following universities: Debrecen University (Hungary), Vienna University (Austria), Brno University and Olomouc University (Czech Republic), Wrocław University (Poland), Bratislava University (Slovakia). This study is an international and practice-oriented programme: a good alternative to the regular study of Dutch!
FOCUS
DCC focuses on the language and culture of the Low Countries (the Netherlands and Belgium) in the Central European context. Students are therefore expected to have an interest in both the Dutch language area and Central Europe. This includes a willingness to spend at least one semester at one of the partner universities. Furthermore, DCC students also learn a second foreign language from the region as part of their studies.
